1. Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our printing. If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

2. Eligible Returns and Reprints

We will accept returns or provide reprints for orders that have:

  • Printing errors caused by our production process
  • Incorrect paper stock or finish applied
  • Damage during production or packaging
  • Missing items from your order
  • Significant color variations beyond industry standards

3. Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or provide reprints for issues that are not our responsibility:

  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork or files
  • Spelling, grammar, or design errors approved in the proof
  • Color variations within industry-standard tolerances
  • Minor variations inherent to the printing process
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Changes of mind after proof approval

4. Proof Approval Process

Before printing begins, we provide a digital proof for your approval. By approving the proof, you confirm that:

  • All text and spelling are correct
  • Images and graphics are positioned correctly
  • Contact information is accurate
  • The overall design meets your expectations

We strongly recommend reviewing proofs carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in approved proofs.

5. How to Report an Issue

If you receive an order with a defect, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  • Include clear photographs showing the defect
  • Keep the original packaging and products until the issue is resolved

6. Resolution Options

For valid claims, we offer the following resolutions:

Wrong Product Delivered Correct product shipped + return label 3-5 business days
Missing Items Missing items shipped immediately 2-3 business days

7. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before Proof Approval: Full refund available
  • After Proof Approval, Before Production: 90% refund (10% admin fee)
  • After Production Begins: No refund available

9. Shipping for Returns

For eligible returns:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective products
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking

10. Consumer Guarantees Act

This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You may be entitled to additional remedies under this legislation.
