Kindgiftgift provides professional business card printing services, including:
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our printing services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
You are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. We accept PDF, AI, PSD, and high-resolution image formats.
You warrant that you own or have the right to use all content, logos, and images in your design files. You indemnify Kindgiftgift against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement.
Digital proofs will be provided for your approval before printing. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Standard production time is 5-7 business days from proof approval. Express options are available at additional cost.
We deliver throughout New Zealand. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color and print quality may occur due to the nature of printing processes. Such variations are not considered defects.
Orders may be cancelled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible, and you may be responsible for costs incurred.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Kindgiftgift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
